Vision:CHC Reporting enables a community health center to easily report on all data elements in Vision:CHC. Reporting includes production reports, management reports, and ad hoc reports.
Production reports are found throughout Vision:CHC. A user can select different data and date ranges in the reports. There are more than 70 production reports in Vision:CHC:
- Registration has 11 reports
- Appointment/Multi-Resource Scheduling has 31 reports
- Billing/Accounts Receivable has 28 reports
- Managed Care has 8 reports
Management reports are included in an ever-growing library of widely used reports developed by Medical Systems and its clients that are shared among all Vision:CHC users. These reports are pre-defined and pre-formatted but completely open to user editing.
Vision:CHC collects all information for UDS reports. Vision:CHC includes UDS reports that are accessible at any time by simply clicking on the desired report name. Vision:CHC includes UDS tables 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Medical Systems provides updates to these reports when their requirements change.
For community health centers participates
in a Health Disparities Collaborative, Vision:CHC collects the
demographic information necessary for PECS reporting.
