When calling our Help Desk, our clients speak with an Account Manager. With our Account Managers’ on-going guidance and familiarity with our community health center clients, our clients experience reduced costs, increased staff productivity, and improved patient care operations.
In addition to the telephone and email, our clients communicate with us using ManageNet, our Web-based communications platform that enables health center staff and our staff to collaborate and exchange information for all support services.
